New this year: Doors will open one hour before the program begins, giving guests plenty of time to enjoy the full Inspire experience before taking their seats. Arrive early to connect with fellow attendees, browse exclusive merchandise, and explore additional interactive experiences throughout the venue.

Inspire: Celebrating Women's Leadership Awards was created in 2015 as a way to honor influential and deserving women in our community who are making a difference in business, government, philanthropy, education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, athletics, and beyond. It's an opportunity to recognize women making a lasting impact on Lincoln today while celebrating young women who are preparing to become the next generation of leaders.
Since Inspire began, we have had the honor of recognizing more than 300 outstanding women leaders throughout our community. Inspire has grown into more than an awards program. It is a community that connects women leaders and their supporters through events, a newsletter, and inspiring stories. Thanks to our scholarship sponsor, Union Bank & Trust, we have also awarded more than $50,000 in scholarships to local high school students as they pursue their educational goals.
